The construction of the giant stadiums for the World Cup costs, billions of dollars, while many of them after the end of the events remain without "work." With this in mind, the owner of the World Cup in 2022 – Qatar introduced a project of a modular theater that will solve this problem in an unusual way: after mundialya it can be dismantled and transported to another location and reassembled, but perhaps in a different configuration.
The stadium project Ras Abu Fenwick Iribaren Architets (Spain). The construction is unique primarily because of the construction of the sea containers, where all the property of the stadium will be stored after its dismantling in the case of moving to another place.
The stadium-transformer can be recreated in several versions – in the original, as well as in the form of smaller sports facilities or cultural centers. The stadium is designed for 40,000 spectators and will be ready by 2020.
